The Integrated Nutrition for Growth (IN4G) Project
The Integrated Nutrition for Growth (IN4G) Project of ChildFund in Laos, in collaboration with Woman’s Union for Xamneua District, has monitored and supported the deposit and loan activities of saving groups in five villages in the target area: Khod, Shopsay, Thupphoeng, Phiengdee and Long Eud Villages in Xamneua District, Houaphanh Province.
The purpose of this effort is to support technical work in verifying the accounting system for monitoring deposits and loans of the savings group accurately and clearly, help the management board of the savings group understand how to record transactions correctly, simulate the actual deposits, summarize capital gains dividends and teach the community how to calculate interest at the end of the year.
The IN4G project is being implemented in Xamneua District, Houaphanh Province by ChildFund in Laos. The project is funded by the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).
