Gender and Language Education for Ethnic Students’ Empowerment (GLEESE) project organized a community festival to promote the educational participation of girls and boys in the target villages of the project.
The purpose of this activity is to strengthen girls’ and boys’ education in order to provide opportunities for all children in the project’s target villages to share knowledge, skills, and be equal in the community.
The community festivals, which were led by children and youths in their communities, took place in 10 villages in Xamneua District and 10 villages in the Sopbao District from June to August 2022.
