ChildFund in Laos team was honored to welcome Her Excellency Sisouk Vongvichith, the Vice Minister of Education and Sports, who visited our child protection and youth empowerment of the Ready for Life Project Phase II projects. This is a project in which ChildFund collaborates with Sengsavang Association and Savannakhet Provincial Education and Sports Service.

On the same day, we provided a Training of Trainers on the National Guideline on Child and Youth Life Skills Development in Lao PDR to youth trainers of five target schools in Savannakhet Province. This was to strengthen their capacity and knowledge to implement peer education activities in their school and community.
