ChildFund in Laos organized the closing and handover ceremony of the Austrarlian Humanitarian Partnership’s COVID-19 Response Activity
On 21 October 2021, ChildFund in Laos organized the closing and handover ceremony of the Austrarlian Humanitarian Partnership’s COVID-19 Response Activity under CFL’s Scaling-up Access to Basic Education in Lao PDR Project (SABEL) together with the Provincial Education and Sports Services (PESS) and District Education and Sports Bureau (DESB) at Provincial Education and Sport of Xamneua District, Huaphanh Province.
The main objective of the activity was to establish low-cost hand-washing facilities and prevent infection, and demonstrate how to implement control plans the beneficiaries of this activity are 135 Village Education Development Committees members and teachers and 1,748 students in 15 target schools in Huaphanh Province.
This activity was implemented for a period of 15 months (July 2020 to September 2021).
