Recently, ChildFund in Laos collaborated with Government partners including Houaphanh Province, Xamneua and Sopbao Districts to organize the Research Dissemination Workshop on the topic of factors and barriers affecting access and retention of girls in lower secondary education in Xamneua and Sopbao Districts, Houaphanh Province.
This workshop has been organised to present the findings of the research to the government partners who are most concerned about it and to collaborate on solutions.
The Gender and Language Education for Ethnic Students’ Empowerment (GLEESE) is taking place in Xamneua and Sopbao Districts, Houaphanh Province which is funded by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and ChildFund Korea.
