ChildFund in Laos and related government sectors recently organized a project orientation meeting on Better Outcomes for Inclusive Learning (BOIL) project implemented in Sopbao District, Huaphanh Province.
The meeting was held in Sopbao District and discussed the roles, experiences, functions, and policies of ChildFund and Aid Children with Disability Association (ACDA).
BOIL project is a collaborative effort from various stakeholders such as Government officials, ACDA, school management, and primary teachers to improve the capacity for providing inclusive, engaging education and developing skills to plan, monitor, and support quality inclusive education. The project also encourages mothers, fathers, and other caregivers to provide supportive learning environments for boys and girls, including those with disabilities.
