CFL’s SCALING project had competed a Training of Trainers (TOT) on Processed Food Production for two target villages in Xamnuea District, Huaphanh Province.

The Processed Food Production training aims to strengthen the capacity of people in the community to create nutritious processed food. This activity is under the CFL’s SCALING project, funded by European Union in Laos.

Aside from consuming more local and nutritious foods, CFL’s SCALING project encourages women and youth to utilize their skills learned in food processing as an alternative livelihood to generate income.
