CFL’s Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project works together with Houaphan Provincial Education and Sport Support (PESS), District Education and Sports Bureau (DESB) from Houameuang and Xamneua, Aids for Children with Disability Association (ACDA), and Life Skill Development Association (LSDA). The project team has finished training to strengthen:
1. Village Education Development Community (VEDC),
2. Civil Society Groups (CSG)
3. education and child rights,
4. human rights for young mothers, and ethnic girls,
5. inclusive education promotion at the village-level and leadership of young mothers, ethnic girls from target groups in Houameuang, Xamneua District, Houaphan Province, funded by European Union in Laos
