CFL’s Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project in Laos

CFL’s Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project in Laos is funded by the European Union. PAER collaborates with related government partners in XamNeau and Huamuang Districts, Houaphanh Province, and the Aids for Children with Disability Association (ACDA) and the Life Skill Development Association (LSDA) to strengthen the role and capacity of local village-level civil society groups in promoting human rights in Lao PDR.
The team has completed reflection meetings with 60 Village Education Development Community target groups to review the effectiveness of implemented project activities of the past two years (2020 & 2021), particularly the changes and improvements of child education at the village level.
After meeting with the 60 Village Education Development Community target groups, the PAER project team held a reflection meeting and reported project successes to the Houaphanh Governor and key provincial and district government partners.
