In recently the Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project has conducted reflection meeting about the roles, structure including training on district planning to VEDC from 5 target villages

CFL’s Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project funded by European Union in Laos , and Works together with Houaphan Provincial Education and Sport Support (PESS), District Education and Sports Bureau (DESB) from Houameuang and Xamneua, Aids for Children with Disability Association (ACDA), and Life Skill Development Association (LSDA) to strengthen Village Education Development Community (VEDC), Civil Society Groups (CSG) from target groups in Houameuang, Xamneua District, Houaphan Province.

One of the main outcomes of the project is to strengthen the capacity of Civil Society Groups, Village Education Development Community for promoting village educations to better. In recently the Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project has conducted reflection meeting about the roles, structure including training on district planning to VEDC from 5 target villages like: Huaymai, Nok an, Soumvan, Huaykhoun, Mon Houmeuag District, Huaphanh Province.

The training was reflection about the roles and training VEDC about district planning as following the VEDC handbooks of Ministry of Education and. There are 35 representatives’ participations from target village and was chaired by Mr. Thong Singviengkham, Deputy head of Houameuang District Education and Sports Bureau.
