CFL’s Promoting Accountability and Education Rights (PAER) Project finished conducting the Intercultural Education and Participatory Action Learning and Living with Happiness’ for Village Education Development Community (VEDC), Civil Society Groups (CSG) from target groups in Houameuang, Houaphan Province.
The PAER project works together with the Houaphan Provincial Education and Sport Support (PESS), District Education and Sports Bureau (DESB) from Houameuang and Xamneua, Aids for Children with Disability Association (ACDA), and Life Skill Development Association (LSDA) for project implementation, and is funded by the European Union in Laos.
